Wills Hill, (1718-1793), Viscount Hillsborough in the Peerage of Ireland from 1742-1751, Earl of Hillsborough from 1751-1789 and thereafter 1st Marquess of Downshire. His second wife, whom he married in 1768, was  Mary Bilson-Legge (1726-1780), 1st Baroness Stawell, widow of Henry Bilson-Legge. He owned Hillsborough Castle which is now the official residence of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland.
